Mother is eternal who brings once to earth, but some people will lose their mother, based on my experiences I am just giving some of my insights on this aspects.
Moon and 4th house is generally considered as the mother in once horoscope.
If moon is present in conjunction with bad planets
If bad planets sight on Moon.
Similarly Venus is present between or in conjunction between bad planets.
If moon or Venus is present in 7th house occupied along with bad planets.
4th place of the horoscope is occupied by bad planet.
If boy or girl taken birth in declining moon phase and moon is present in 6th , 7th or 8th position.
If sun is present in 7th house to it 8th position is occupied by Mars.
Moon 1st house is occupied by Jupiter and 6th house is occupied by moon.
If Moon present in 6th house and seen by Saturn or any bad planet.
If 4th house is occupied by Saturn and 10th house is occupied by Mars
If 4th house is occupied by Saturn and 7th house is occupied by Mars.
If moon is present in 6th , 8th and 12th position once mother will die.
If the lord of 4th house is present in 6th , 8th or 12th house or weakest planet which is lord of 4th house comes in conjunction with SUN or Mars whose mother will die.
